A 12-day program offering a full immersion into the culture and landscapes of northern Thailand.
In Bangkok, discover the street food and visit iconic sites such as the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew. An original electric scooter tour will take you through authentic neighborhoods, offering a glimpse of a side of the city frozen in time.
In Ayutthaya, dedicate a day to exploring ancient temples before boarding the overnight train—a unique experience—to Chiang Mai.
There, spend two days with the Karen people, gaining a unique experience of this northern hill tribe, including village activities and an ethical encounter with elephants.
In Chiang Mai, participate in a Thai cooking class and visit must-see sites such as Wat Phra That Doi Suthep.
Next, travel to Chiang Rai for tuk-tuk exploration and discovery of unique temples, including the famous White Temple. A visit to the Golden Triangle and local tea plantations will conclude this enriching northern journey.
Bangkok – Street Food, classic sights & two-wheeled adventures (J1–J3)
Arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport and transfer to your hotel with a pool in the heart of Chinatown, Grand China BKK.
In the evening, meet your French-speaking guide for a private tuk-tuk street food tour. Overnight in a “Superior” room.
The following day, enjoy a private guided tour of Bangkok’s most famous sites: the Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaew with the Emerald Buddha, Wat Pho with its 46-meter-long Reclining Buddha, and Wat Arun. End the day with a long-tail boat ride along the historic khlongs.
On the third day, explore Bangkok on an electric scooter with an English-speaking guide (group max. 15), crossing the Chao Phraya River via Rama VIII Bridge, visiting the khlongs, royal barges, Siriraj Hospital, and the old train station. Return to the hotel for a free afternoon and final night in the city.






Ayutthaya & Overnight Train to Chiang Mai (J4)
After breakfast, transfer to Ayutthaya. Visit the UNESCO-listed temples Wat Mahathat, Wat Chaiwatthanaram, Wat Prasrisanphet, and Wat Panang Choeng by tuk-tuk with an English-speaking driver.
Refresh at a guesthouse before boarding the overnight train to Chiang Mai at 19:00 (2nd class sleeper, 1st class optional).




Séjour en village Karen – Vie locale et rencontre avec les éléphants (J5–J6)
À votre arrivée à Chiang Mai, prise en charge près de la gare et petit déjeuner rapide avant le départ pour le village Karen, la plus grande tribu des montagnes du nord de la Thaïlande (environ 1h45 de trajet).
Vous serez accueillis dans une charmante maison d’hôtes tenue par Pen, une femme Karen anglophone, offrant un cadre confortable et authentique.
Après l’installation, vous partagerez le déjeuner avec votre hôte, puis partirez pour une balade dans le village afin de découvrir le quotidien des habitants et leur culture à travers des rencontres chaleureuses.
En fin d’après-midi, participez à un cours de cuisine Karen et savourez ensuite les plats que vous aurez préparés. La soirée se clôturera autour d’un feu de camp, probablement accompagnée de chants et de guitare.
Vous passerez la nuit dans un hébergement confortable avec salle de bain privative et chambre équipée d’un ventilateur.
Le lendemain, une rencontre éthique avec des éléphants vous attendra. Considérés comme des membres presque à part entière de la communauté, vous pourrez les nourrir, les laver dans la rivière, avant qu’ils ne regagnent la forêt où ils vivent en liberté.
Votre immersion se terminera en début d’après-midi, et vous serez transférés vers votre hôtel en centre-ville, Estia Chiang Mai, pour une nuit dans votre chambre “Supérieure”.






Chiang Mai – Cooking Class & Countryside Cycling (Days 7–8)
Day 1 – Free Day & Cooking Class
This first day is free, allowing you to rest or explore the neighborhood at your own pace. You can easily visit the temples of the Old City near your hotel, such as Wat Chedi Luang or Wat Phra Singh, or stroll through the famous Warorot Market by tuk-tuk or songthaew.
In the late afternoon, you will attend a Thai cooking class taught in French. The dishes you prepare will make up your dinner. Return to your hotel in the evening with your recipe booklet and your certificate of completion. Overnight stay in your “Superior” room.
Day 2 – Cycling Excursion in the Countryside
The next day, you will be picked up to join your cycling excursion in the Chiang Mai countryside. After a short 20-minute transfer, you will arrive at a small village where a gentle 5-hour ride will begin (electric bicycles may be available for rent, subject to availability and extra charge).
You will cycle through the picturesque countryside, passing along forest trails and quiet small roads that connect villages, alongside stilt houses and rice fields. Delightful encounters are to be expected along the way, such as water buffalo crossing the roads or children waving enthusiastically at passing cyclists.
The tour also includes a visit to a local school and several breaks to rest, refresh, and enjoy lunch.
Return transfer to your hotel in the early afternoon and second overnight stay in your “Superior” room.






Chiang Rai – City Temples & the Golden Triangle (Days 9–11)
Day 9 – Arrival & Free Afternoon
After breakfast at your hotel, check out before noon and take a private transfer to the bus station for the VIP GreenBus departure to Chiang Rai at 1:00 PM.
Arrival is expected around 4:30 PM. You will be picked up from the Chiang Rai terminal and transferred to your centrally located hotel with a pool, La Vie en Rose.
Welcome and check-in to your “Deluxe” room. The evening is free for your own activities, and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 10 – Temples of Chiang Rai
Morning at leisure to rest, enjoy the pool, or explore the surroundings.
Around 1:30 PM, depart for a guided tour of Chiang Rai’s most beautiful temples. With your English-speaking guide and aboard a Tuk Tuk, you will discover the White Temple (Wat Rong Khun), the country’s most stunning Hindu-Buddhist temple, renovated by artist Chalermchai Kositpipat.
Next, visit the Blue Temple (Wat Rong Suea Ten), a magnificent Lanna-style Buddhist temple.
Finally, conclude with a visit to Wat Huay Pla Kang, famous for its enormous statue of Guan Yin, the Goddess of Mercy, visible from miles away.
Return to your hotel in the late afternoon. Dinner is on your own, followed by overnight stay.
Day 11 – Golden Triangle & Tea Plantations
After breakfast, you will be picked up for a full-day private guided tour with your French-speaking guide.
On this last day in Chiang Rai, head north, stopping along the way at the beautiful Choui Fong tea plantations, where you can taste the tea while enjoying panoramic valley views.
Continue into the mountainous region, with your first stop at the Chang Moob military post on the Thailand-Myanmar border, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
Next, visit Pha Hi Mountain and the perched Akha village (sometimes shrouded in clouds) with spectacular views over Mae Sai. Lunch will be served at a traditional Akha restaurant on site.
Descend into the valley to reach the famous Golden Triangle. Immerse yourself in the region’s history with a visit to the Opium Museum.
Finally, enjoy a long-tail boat ride on the Mekong River, where Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar meet. You will see traditional riverside villages and daily fishing scenes.
Return to your hotel in the late afternoon for your last overnight stay in Chiang Rai.






Return to Bangkok & Departure from Thailand (Days 12–13)
After breakfast and checking out of your room, you will be transferred to Chiang Rai Airport for your early afternoon flight to Bangkok Don Mueang.
Upon arrival, a transfer will take you from Don Mueang Airport to your hotel, Klub Hotel, located in the heart of the Pratunam district, close to Siam and its many shopping malls.
The hotel is also conveniently near the Airport Rail Link, making travel to Suvarnabhumi Airport easy for the following day.
Overnight stay in your “Deluxe” room.
Day 13 – Departure
On your departure day, you can quickly reach either Phaya Thai or Ratchaprarop stations from your hotel to take the direct train to Suvarnabhumi Airport (approximately 30 minutes). For very early flights, a private transfer to the airport can be arranged.
